Our take
These are simple, no-frills dumbbells that do the job. The rubber coating protects floors nicely, and the hex shape prevents rolling. At 5 lbs each, they're great for toning and rehab but not for building serious muscle. The rubber handle is a bit thin for my taste. Overall, good quality for the price, but don't expect to progress much in strength.
