Our take
I got these for my first home gym setup. The foamed handle is comfortable, and the 20 lb weight is okay for light exercises. However, the adjustment is clunky—you have to unscrew the end caps and add/remove plates. The plates themselves are coated but feel a bit cheap. For the price, it's decent for a starting set, but I wish the weight range was wider. If you're serious about lifting, look for something with more heft.
